Sousmotif
It is quite intriguing to be able to see aspects of one country's history and folklore through a different perspective. That led to the creation of Sousmotif, a coaster set which is inspired by the motif found on textiles that are produced by a traditional loom in Northern Greece. History lives on through a coaster and makes a new turn.
Sousmotif Coaster by Vassilis Mylonadis has been highlighted as a grand example of industrial design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Sousmotif Coaster received the Iron A' Design Award in Furniture Design in 2017. The A' Furniture Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design competition which celebrates exceptional design of chairs, tables, sofas, beds, cabinets, shelves, desks, wardrobes and more.
