Lina
The Lina Buffet was inspired by memories of family gatherings and references to a grandmother's home. Named after the designer's grandmother, it transforms the decorative plate into a functional and symbolic element through solid wood handles split across the doors. Its rounded body and arched legs reference curved forms commonly found in traditional homes, reinforcing a sense of familiarity and heritage. The design balances function, symbolism and nostalgia in a refined piece of furniture.
Lina Buffet by Larissa Sanches has been selected as an outstanding illustration of industrial design by the A' Design Award & Competition. Lina Buffet earned the Iron A' Design Award in Furniture Design in 2026. The A' Furniture Design Award is a highly prestigious, international, juried design recognition program which recognizes outstanding design of chairs, tables, sofas, beds, cabinets, shelves, desks, wardrobes and more.
