Vento is a high stool with a dynamic and organic form. Vento has a very simple structure, consisting of a frame to show, a seat, and pipes connecting the frame. The frame is laser cut out of a 6mm thick metal plate, making it strong, low in the center of gravity, and stable. The seat sinks lightly when you sit on it, and you can feel the elasticity of the metal.
Vento High Stool by Hitoshi Motomura has been featured as a grand illustration of industrial design by the A' Design Awards. Vento High Stool was awarded the Bronze A' Design Award in Furniture Design in 2022. The A' Furniture Design Award is a highly prestigious international design recognition program which honors superior design of chairs, tables, sofas, beds, cabinets, shelves, desks, wardrobes and more.
